I am reading the book "Monetizing Innovation," and it is about making "value pricing." however, the point I don't understand is the book suggest to do willingness to pay pricing first, I mean, it says explain the concept to a group of potential clients and then ask how much money would they be willing to pay for it. And then, ask for which features they are more willing to pay. Shouldn't be in the reverse order? Concept is ambiguous. Shouldn't they ask wtp after the features are determined?

Nowadays I'm seeing lot of singapore opportunity for contract and extendable contract position.there is a new visa rule coming in 2024 (may be) which will be point based system(no control for organization) for the expats mainly to reduce the foreigners .so all these contracts opportunities for untill the new visa rule after that only eligible will stay and others will be kicked out?

I have ADD and occasionally make small mistakes in my work, like leaving a word missing when editing sentences, small formatting errors or leaving an internal comment in drafts sent to clients. All partners have been very understanding and care about the quality of my work, and no client has ever complained. Partners and clients praise my work.

But now, one partner has become super mad and when I explained ADD, he said:
