I joined Attra (now merged with Synechron) and left within a month. However, I have not received my experience or relieving letter to date. Additionally, my exit date has been incorrectly updated, causing an overlap with my current employment. This issue has resulted in background verification (BGV) failures for future opportunities.
I have already sent multiple emails to the separation team.

I had my kind of hr round with TCS
They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.
Its been 2 days. No update. Can anyone guide. Why 2 hr rounds ? N how much time it takes?
