I am waiting for the promotion cycle at Deloitte for May 2026. However, I am clueless whether my name has been recommended or not but it's an ask by me during last year only.
I know that the list has been finalized in Feb but I need your suggestions whether I should ask and confirm now or should I wait for the results?
If my name is not announced, will they reconsider it? Are there possibilities of revision after discussions?

It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . Legit they are making us wait for another 6 months....like wtf is thissss!??!????!!!! Your opinion/advice/suggestions are most welcomed!!!
