I am working in kyndryl at 21LPA in IAM . I got an offer of 28LPA from KeyData Cyber offering remote. The client they have is Ahold Delhaize. KeyData Cyber does not have any offices opened up yet in India. Payroll and insurance benefits are managed by third party company i.e Globalization partners. I am having 7.5 years of experience. Hows the KeyData Cyber company is it wise to switch companies during this market situation. Also, KeyData Cyber currently has 200-300 employees per linkedin.

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?

During benefits selection this year , I chose HSA for the first time and I am informed that my account is opened today. While registering on Fidelity, I am asked to chose between FDRXX/FDIC .I would want to chose from available options and invest money. Which option I should be choosing of both ?
