Just came back today to the office from a 3 day bereavement leave. Performance reviews were apparently done Tuesday. Senior partner who does the reviews left out of town Wednesday. Concerning?

This message was intended for her boss. What should i even do about this? The culture is very unprofessional and I’m thinking about sending my laptop/equipment to the lobby first thing come Monday. Any advice would be great!
