I appeared for interview in May and got confirmation the next day that I have cleared all my rounds. Then 2 weeks of complete silence and in June first week HR asked for documents submission. Now again, the HR went silent. Sometimes not picking up the call. If by any chance he picks up the call he gives the same update that there are internal restructuring happening and roles ain’t getting approved for Pune. Why they did interview then? Anyone facing same issue? Plz comment what your HR saying

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.
