I applied for a Network Engineer role at Jio. The interview process was smooth and professional — I cleared all the technical and HR rounds successfully. After that, I was issued a draft offer letter, which I accepted.

However, a few days later, I was informed by HR that my final offer letter is on hold due to "unknown reasons". Despite following up, no specific explanation or timeline was given.

Better communication and transparency from the hiring team would be appreciated.
