How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

I am really sorry you are in this position. This job market is putting so many people in scary positions. It's normal right now to apply to 100+ places before getting an interview. Apply *everywhere*, whether they are hiring or not. Lean on any industry connection you might have and see if they can get you a job where they are working.

Can you walk into places that are close to your house and see if they’re hiring? I still feel like for the food business, talking in person is the best way to get a job.
I’m someone who’s previously worked in the Hospitality industry; if you have food service experience, that should make you be seen as capable.
But given the atmosphere right now; I’d apply for a National chain restaurant or have you considered working at an Indian Tribal Casino?
Casino’s are always hiring!
I’m going to be blunt, but have you considered applying to an Indian Casino?
That’s the fastest growing job market in the Western United States, there are at least three Indian run Casino’s in Las Vegas.
