Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

I'll go through periods where that will happen, usually when something at work has become problematic. What helps is to have a routine at the end of the workday that shifts your thinking. Listen to music, take a walk, cook a meal, just do something that gets you thinking about something other than work. Doing that regularly can help shift your mind from being at work to being on your own time.
I run into this sometimes. Usually, something stressful is going on, and that makes it harder to disconnect. Take the time to address with yourself what's happening, make a to-do list for tomorrow, and redirect yourself at home when you start thinking about work.
That means you care
Happens to me yes.
There's two things:
Acknowledging the stress itself, you're basically thinking about work because you are worried, this has to be acknowledged. Being worried means you care, maybe even too much. Realizing this is even happening is the first step to doing anything.
Management of the stress. Your tasks will wait until tomorrow. How you go about this is your own method but find what works for you.
Anytime I think of work I acknowledge it, and go through my method. Could be talking about it to someone, or focusing on something else that isn't work. My current favorite is stressing about sports lol

It happened to all of us. But if you find a ritual that helps you depart from the workday it could help
You spend a huge part of your life at work so I would imagine this is pretty common/normal
