I cleared an interview at one company, and the background verification (BGV) also got cleared. However, since the joining process was delayed, I joined another company but later absconded. Will my new employer find out about this when creating a new PF account? Please respond quickly.

I’m thinking so far about a UX writing course since we don’t have writers and I dictate the copy for elements as the designer.

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
Am I crazy for thinking him a bad manager?
