I come from a low-code background and recently switched to an AI Engineer role, with 1.5 years focused mainly on POCs. I’ve received an offer for an AI/ML Consultant role at Deloitte USI, Bangalore. I want hands-on experience building production-level AI/ML systems and strengthening my core skills so planning on switching deloitte. Have 4 YOE. I am afraid of bench and layoff but still want to learn AI/ML in terms of dev to production level. Is it worth a switch ? What should I do ?

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.
