It depends on when you need the money. If you are planning money for your retirement and expect to retire at 59.5 years then by all means max out your 401(k) and IRA. You should be maximizing your 401(k) irrespective of that too.

Now, Roth IRA lets you withdraw the money after 5 years which is huge. So, if you saving for something ahort term then go for Roth. However, as you age you should use IRA and 401(k)

I see two crowds these days. One thinks housing market will crash. The other thinks housing market will soar.

The contrarian in me makes me think this is a decent indication that housing market will stagnate (or increase minimally) for a few years.

As a general rules, I feel like the majority cannot foresee a crash/surge coming. The prevalence of such expectations would hamper the pre-conditions necessary for such a dramatic change.

What things *can you negotiate when purchasing a new car? What things *should you negotiate always? Any differences in negotiation approach when buying used? Seems like I can afford considerably less, given the current interest rates 😭 Currently financing a car at 1.9% and it's killing me to buy, but I've had nothing but issues with the used car I bought.

I decalred FBP, and the amount got deducted from my salary.
Now I can see I am eligible for some amount under FabP. What is it and when will I get it?
What exactly is the funda of it?
Let say I am eligible for x amount in FBP LTA. And some y of x got deducted in a specific month, now that y portion is showing in FBP tab to upload the bill.

What if in case I have LTA bill which is exceeding x amount itself, do I need to raise reimbursement request every month th with same bill?

I’m upset that he’s dating others but shouldn’t be right? I mean, I did the same. Still hurts though. And I told him to sort that out

Why would you ever want to rollover your 401K into an IRA? It seems like doing so would essentially prevent you from successfully being able to do a IRA to Backdoor Roth IRA conversion due to the pro-rata rule. Am I missing something? Wouldn’t you always want to just rollover your old 401Ks to your new 401K?
