I completed my technical round, and the HR asked me to share my documents via email, not over a call. I sent the documents, and the next day, I received a call from a different HR.

During the call, the HR discussed my salary and mentioned last Wednesday that they would offer me an additional 2%, but they needed approval first. They assured me that they would call once it's approved. However, I haven't received any call yet.

How long should I wait?

Will I get the offer, or am I on hold?

I grew up poor and was obsessed w financial security. After investing my blood, sweat and tears into my career for years, I’ve decided I don’t care about my career or earnings as long as I have enough to support my family. We are happier than ever making less and saving little.
