I recommend that you do not do it yourself if you do not know about the subject, if your business is to sell your roots, dedicate yourself to that and look for an agency or a freelancer to help you appropriately create your page.
Hello, I'm the owner of a flower shop and I did not have the capital to create my website with a work team, that is why I decided to do it myself, I used this page, and it helped me a lot, it has a step-by-step explanation.

Hello, here I share a guide of the things you have to do to make a web page.

Hi, since your business has to do with real estate, I would tell you that the best option is to look for a team of professionals to make your page, but I suppose that you have already reviewed the costs and decided to do it yourself due to lack of money, now there is another option. You can hire a freelance service to help you raise the essentials of your page and leave you a step-by-step guide so that you can change the images of the new houses for sale and remove the old ones. It will be a little more expensive than you planned but use the time to sell.
I recommend hiring someone more knowledgeable in the field to help you so that you have a website that works well for your business. If you insist on doing it on your own, I recommend you take a look at Squarespace.
I'm not saying it's not possible for you to figure out how to set up your own website, but you might want to consider an agency or a freelancer to help you set this up. You'll save yourself the headache and you'll likely get something way more professional-looking that anything you could come up with yourself.
I had the same issue when I started working solo. Designing the website from scratch is tough, you gotta watch tutorials for days to get started. My suggestion would be reaching out to your brokerage, usually each company has an IT team that designs the whole website in no time for a good price. Mine costed around $250 and it lasts for 1 year. You can purchase a domain name from GoDaddy.com for a few dollars before you contact the IT team (much cheaper too)
