I could use some career advice. I've been an executive assistant for over 10 years. I recently got my MA in International Relations and while finishing the degree got a job as a government contractor to get some federal experience under my belt. My plan was to enter federal service.

I just graduated, and now theres a hiring freeze for who knows how long. Should I wait? If I loon at private sector what should I look at? Not sure how to position a resume right now. Should I apply internationally?

What works be the onsite salary for JL6? Few posts i read days 42k, few other posts mention 110k..
