Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Oh, I really hear you. My cousin had almost the exact same path: psych degree, behavior therapist, admin assistant, and it took her 6 months of nonstop applications before she got her break in a recruiting coordinator role. She said what helped was leaning into her therapy background, which made her great with people. What’s one unique strength from your past roles that you can lead with?
Wow that’s really helpful! I have been applying as a recruiting coordinator as well. I am very great with people too. Has she moved up in the company?
Are there any internships you can do? Having an internship or some sort of real world experience can help you on your resume. You have some great transferable skills from your psych background. You could look for a smaller opportunity with a nonprofit or the like to get some experience you can present to employers.
