I currently have been at a big 4 accounting firm for 3 years total now (26 y/o), and work in financial due diligence. My goal is to break into a higher finance role, and acknowledge that going from FDD to IB is difficult. However, I am wanting to look into MBA programs which I could enroll in that are credible enough (without necessarily being a top 10 program), and would provide me with that extra credibility to help break into a higher finance roll, even at smaller firms. All help appreciated!

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Anyone here moved from strategy to account?

Hi! I recently switched to a new employer, who promised in writing on email that they’d start my GC process right after I complete 3 months with the firm. I’m currently on the 4th month and the process has not yet begun.
Please note that I have to give a couple of exams/certifications, one of which I failed very recently. This is keeping me from asking my employer about the GC process. Am I being irrational? Any advice or help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
