Take an approval email from the manager and raise the support ticket as soon as possible. They will do something from the backend
You can apply shift of previous month till 10th of the subsequent month if failed to apply. Raise a ticket with hr attaching managers approval email. They will do it from backend. After 10th you wont be able to.
