I do most of the firm admin/COO type work for our 8 person firm. We outsource our book-keeping, billing and tax accounting. While I would prefer to hire an in-house firm admin, our recent efforts haven’t produced any promising candidates. It’s being recommended that I advertise for this position to be fully remote, but I’m not entirely comfortable with this idea. Does anyone know of a good company that provides firm admin services? I’m wondering if that might be a better fit?

I have 2 years and 7 months of experience as a DevOps Engineer. Currently working as Senior Software Engineer in a MNC.
I have worked on the tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git (GitLab and GitHub)/Gerrit and Other DevOps Tool Chains such as Artifactory and Monitoring Tools. But not cloud experience like AWS, Azure (have on Premises cloud exposure).

This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). However, i have been contacted about a role at IQVIA for a new pure strategy internal group that they are standing up. It would be a 55% salary boost with director title and completely remote.
