I actually don’t mind CEOs being the face of the brand, but in this case, it came across soooo inauthentic. I am so curious who signed off on this video to begin with

Hi,
I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
Also, help me calculate the in hand approx for this.
