I don’t understand having money to hire externally but no budget to promote within. It’s so disheartening seeing leadership push to get people get recruited while telling you it’s tough on promotions. I appreciate it’s a separate pot, but the system is broken

I gained weight during my last relationship (probably around 30 lbs, and I’m 5’9”). Before my relationship, I felt like I could get any guy. I miss music. Like actual bands with instruments and vocal ability. Feels like the music industry is so hollowed out that multi-member instrumental bands like Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and even Metallica are no longer able to take root.

There are a few talented individual singers (Adele) a lot of awful mumble rappers, but no actual bands that will stand the test of time. Before I get called a Boomer, the problems with the music industry for new artists are well documented.
