I failed CPA like 2 times (FAR and AUD). I am contemplating quitting it to take the CFA level 1. Personally, I have no intention of staying in public accounting. I originally took Master in Accounting because I wasn't accepted into Master of Finance at one of the top schools.

I see many people saying that CFA is harder than CPA. That's true if you take 3 levels together against the whole CPA. However, I intend to pass at least L1 at CFA, then start looking for a finance job.

Any folks here moved back to IBD from PE? Left IB in NY for an Emerging Market PE ($20 bn+) but region has very weak deal flow and a so-so culture. Debating if I should go back to banking in NY

Need info on SAP Job titles/levels at Microsoft, Out of Desperation during Covid I joined Deloitte as a Consultant (one level above an entry level Analyst) with 5 YOE. Microsoft is offering me a position of Software Engineer. I don’t want to make the same mistake as I did when I joined deloitte but the next level Software Engineer 2 requires 8 YOE so a little confused here on what job title matches my YOE and skillset

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

I am going to work as Audit Associate at KPMG in 2023. I am thinking to stay there for more than a year, then make an attempt into banking. I really hate the CPA exams for its soul-crushing elements. I am rather planning to break into the top MBA programs at the time. I have financial resources to do so but I feel quite mixed after getting the Macc for KPMG position without pursuing the CPA.
