Is the CVA exam worth pursuing?
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

This is definitely something that happens as you reach a more senior level (or are being looked at for a more senior role). Your ability to manage a fire while also keeping your other work on track is a key senior creative/management quality.
I can't tell you how many of my days have absolutely NOT gone to plan since entering senior and leadership roles. Lots of 'drop what you're doing and throw yourself on this fire' or 'drop what you're doing and pull that team out of that fire'. It's genuinely par for the course.
On the plus side - this experience will build your tenacity. It'll also help you better understand the matrix of what is and is not urgent when absolutely everything feels like it is. It's really fkn hard at first and oftentimes continues to be. But it's likely you can handle it better than you think you might be able to.
A helpful tool an old boss shared with me is the Eisenhower Matrix which helps define and categorize 'fires' and tasks. Take a look! Maybe it'll help you through this.

I feel you! I really really do. Especially on the IT SUCKEEDDD bit haha. It does start to suck less as you build up your tenacity. Takes a while but you do eventually find the flow.
And in the process of that you also find better boundaries for yourself. You learn to say - hey I actually am heads down for the next two hours on a priority task but will come back to this as soon as I'm able. The more you build trust with your team, the more flexibility you'll have to do this.
Sometimes when I'm annoyed by pings and calls that interrupt what I'm doing I think to myself - if it was me sending that message I know I'd be anxious for a quick reply. Makes me feel slightly less annoyed when I come at it from a place of empathy and mutual understanding. Not all the way less annoyed but definitely helps!
You got this AD. You're more capable than you think.
