I feel like I've never quite got a grip in my 7 years at this. I lateraled two years ago to my current firm for a better culture fit and to explore more opportunities in my practice area. The people have been great but work not so much. I've been slow, although above average in my group. I can't get work outside my bread and butter although I've tried. By all accounts things are fine but I feel stunted? Feeling unsure of where to go from here. Lateral again?
