I feel like my age + kids is really catching up to me. My brain does not have the normal function of holding massive amounts of information and being able to analyze like it used too. Nowadays I’m lucky if I can remember something in detail 48 hours later. I’m a SME so it’s kind of a prerequisite to be able to know at least some info at moments notice on the fly. I just constantly feel defeated as it feels like juniors are leapfrogging me.
