I think it’s dumb, will hurt the relationship and I also don’t want to ruin my reputation. Thoughts?

How the heck can I teach a kindergartener over the computer? It's all hands on in my class for the first couple of months. I have made and bought so many manipulatives but I can't send twenty home with the kiddos. When we do go back to in person learning they want to separate my kiddoes into two groups and I have to move between the two classes to teach. I'll be hauling my stuff on a cart to each class! I'm overwhelmed at the thought of all this.

I am seeing such a change in the way my students are coming into school now and it is not a good change. My kiddos lack fine motor, gross motor, and basic language skills. They lack self control and emotion management. They are not ready to learn. They don’t even know how to sit down and eat snack at their tables! Really struggling with a few students in my kindergarten class this year and looking for suggestions. I've been teaching K for 10 of the 16 years I've been a teacher, and have never felt as disrespected by students as I do this year. Several students continually talk, yell, and laugh over me, or make noises when I am talking. They are sent away from the group to reset and make a better choice, but usually continue when they return. Parent contact has been supportive, but hasn't helped.

I HAVE AN INTERVIEW ON TUESDAY FOR A KINDERGARTEN POSITION BUT I'M PRETTY TERRIBLE AT INTERVIEWS 🤦 SO IF ANY TEACHER OUT THERE HAS ANY QUESTIONS THEY THINK I'LL GET ASKED OR ANY HELPFUL WORDING I CAN SAY TO INCREASE MY CHANCES OF GETTING IT THAT WOULD BE SUPER #TEACHERHELP
