Any walk-in interviews in Pune? Please Help
Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Definitely follow up if you haven't already! A follow up after a week is not pushy, it's normal and nobody would hold that against you.
Try to comfort yourself with some friends or family or doing something you love. The job market is tough right now, we are ALL dealing with it. It's not just you, I promise! Sorry you're goin through it though!
I 100% feel where you are at. Your current company making you feel undervalued and stopping your growth, the brutal job market and waiting to hear from companies. It seems like they are all doing at least 2-4 interviews. I always send a thank you email after my interview, touching on something personal I enjoyed learning about them, reiterating my skills and a quick check in question, asking for a timeframe to expect. If you have already done that, then a quick email asking for an update and expressing your interest.
Thank you for your kindness, I really appreciate it as I need it right now :(
You should try to follow up on that whenever you think enough time has passed. Companies are often pretty slow in getting back to people. But keep looking regardless, persistence is your friend.
I followed up earlier in the day and crickets. Going to give them until Tuesday and will send a second follow up. Thank you for the advice, I've been really struggling 😢
Keep jumping till u feel valued. I was in the same space found a job that pays me more and values me love my new managers. If u have that feeling dont ignore it our it will multiply. Its your inner voice telling you something isnt right.
I think a week, two weeks max is a reasonable amount of time to follow up with a company to see if they're still in the decision-making process or if they've decided to go another route. Fingers crossed for you its good news, I know how nerve-wracking it can be! In the meantime, sending you all of the good job finding vibes.
