I finally put in my two weeks' notice today without even having another job lined up! My mental health had deteriorated so much that I was losing hair and couldn't sleep more than four hours a night. When I told my boss, she didn't even ask why. It was the final confirmation I needed that I’m making the right choice to walk away. It’s terrifying to be unemployed, but the relief I feel is indescribable. Has anyone else rage-quit or left without a safety net for the sake of their sanity?

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...
