I’ll be working in a city neighboring a nearby state where my SO has to perform an essential in-person job. Since I’m not licensed in the state where my SO is working, I’d like to keep my current job where I am licensed but work from the office Monday through Wednesday, drive to the neighboring state Wednesday night and work remote at my SO’s place Thursday-Friday. Its just 3 months, I joined a company and I am already stressed. I was told that I need to come to office twice a week ( which is 2 hrs away from my home) but now since 3 months I am asked to come thrice a week. Sometimes have to extend a hour or two in office without extra pay. Is it okay if I switch or shall wait for few more months and then see? Please advise

Need suggestion. Got an offer with a product company A through referrel with just 70% hike. They initially told me to not look for any offer as it is a referral.

Now, I got another offer with around 150% in another product company B. Joining date in both are by next week. How to politely reject the offer from Company A ( they won't match the new offer). I am afraid if there is any consequences.

One of TOP MNC (CHUBB) offered me 18 lpa . I got counter offer of 28 lpa from CGI .
Today I called that TOP MNC (CHUBB) same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CGI but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

I got an offer from chubb Business Services with 10.5 LPA. My exp is 1.6 yrs and my current package is around 7 LPA at Infosys. Should I take this up ? How is it working for chubb ? Is it a right decision or should I wait in Infosys for one more year so that my exp is increased and I could get better offers?
