In pre onboarding form epam is asking contact number and email id of ex supervisors and hrs from my past organizations. I don't have contact details of my managers with whom I worked 8 years ago. All other companies only ask experience certificate only which I have. How to tackle this?EPAM Anywhere EPAM Systems

Oh wow, that is a detailed list that you kept. I have been looking for a new job for 8 months now and can't seem to find anything. Really hoping to land something in the New Year.
I'm going through this now. I left a very good job status wise for a better job benefits wise and when I was supposed to start training they said they were downsizing and my position was going to be handled between an assistant manager and a district manager. They spent a month recruiting me and getting me to move to another town. I paid rent at a new place and moved everything I own. Now im applying for every available position and keep getting told I would be great for a position but no follow through. Its very frustrating and frightening with rent coming up again and my sublease over on the 10th. I spent all my savings making the transition because it was a sure thing. I even talked to the vice president of the company before leaving my job and they said my new salary would be double what I was making before. I trained my replacement at my previous job and they did the same thing I did, moved to a new town and need the job, so I can't take that from them even though I could most likely get my old job back. I can't afford to move back and I dont know what to do.
Ugh. I had to stop keeping track to keep from depressing myself. I've been trying to leave this place for like 6 months. The longest I was out of work previously was maybe 2 months, and that was years ago. The nonstop rejections are getting reeeeeeal old at this point.
I've been doing that on and off for over a year now, i would either interview or be sent an email that said i didn't meet the requirements of the position. The only thing that's come through is the 3PD companies. It gets really draining putting thousands of miles on my vehicle

It was three months for me. I’d write my down in this fashion as well. Honestly, most didn’t even reach back out if they weren’t interested in moving forward, so it was no use in tracking that
