Crowdsourcing exit ideas. I have 20yoe in a niche area of federal environmental work but I’m also a strong consultant w/experience in management/leadership, proposals, writing, recruiting, training, strategic planning…. I’m stagnant in my current role. I want more pay, but I want to keep a remote role. Everything I see sounds boring, too technical/software related, or like a director/exec role that will kill my WLB. I’m also over the billability targets.
