I got a good one. I had an interview set up the other day for 1:30pm and at 10:05am on the interview day they requested a change to the interview time for 10:30am??. Of course I declined as i was not available at that time. There was no email about why the time changed or any option for another time frame. After declining they hit me with an email that they were moving on with another candidate. I feel I dodged a bullet with this company for sure. I guess they were testing my toxicity scale lol

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?
