I got a offer from TW last week and according to my notice period my joining date was end of Dec and today I got a call from recruiter saying the joining date is being deferred to early Feb.
Anyone else got any info like this?

Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ?
