I got an offer breakup mail stating I am selected in this new company. And they asked me to send resignation letter first - so they can send offer letter with Date of Joining. Should I resign? Or ask them to send offer letter first? Its a FAANG company.

My details include 3.5 years of experience in paid media role, currently working as a Sr Executive for Paid Search also my current package is 6.6 Lpa. I have an offer from Accenture. During interview I have informed about the location specification. However recieved offer with some other location. Based upon HR's confirmation I have accepted the offer and after a month I have recived updated offer with my preferred location , this time she also updated package components where package is decreased from my actual offer.
How should I deal with this,they are sending updated offer letters with multiple errors

Can I share my current salary compensation (issued by company) with other organisations as they are asking it for generating the offer letter or it will be an issue if I share that ?

FYI - I am not sharing the complete document just salary component with company header and employment proof.
