I recently joined HCL, in this project there is a direct interaction with customers. He has a lots of expectations from the very beginning , now I have to work for 12 hours straight on the daily basis, still he is escalating a lot.

Please suggest what to do whether should I change my project or what to do..

Team leader and senior used to work for one hour.

2.There was a psychopath team leader who used to fight with everyone and bring conflicts.

No Manager used to tell them anything - And try to Harmonize ,is the IT management like that everywhere?

Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

Serious billing question - if during the course of the day, you first receive an email from Client A at say 11:10am and you read it, you then respond to it at 12:20pm. You get another email at 2pm from Client A and respond immediately. The next email comes in at 4pm, you read it and respond only at 4:30pm. None of the email responses take more than 3-5mins. You are working on matters for other clients at all other times during the day. How much are you billing for Client A?

Ladies, I am F in my late 30s with fine, medium-length, flat hair. It’s been thinning and feel like I am losing a lot of it.

Based upon HR's confirmation I have accepted the offer and after a month I have recived updated offer with my preferred location , this time she also updated package components where package is decreased from my actual offer.
How should I deal with this,they are sending updated offer letters with multiple errors

I was planning to decline a job offer at McKinsey and before I could email he called and asked for final decision and I said I cannot join due to a personal reason, which is the case in reality and just mention I was about to drop an email and apologised for the inconvenience.
