I got an offer from accenture in June with joining date of September/2024, i asked for location change and some HR told we have raised your request you will get an revised offer letter 2 weeks prior to Joining but you need to accept the offer. I did and resigned and my LWD was same as joining date so again called HR said they will update the details. My LWD is tomorrow and till now I have not received any revised offer letter.
PS : Never resign for an offer from Accenture it is such a pain.

A client developer group just told me they reached terms to “buy equity in a lease.” From what they’ve told me, if we were setting this up fresh, I’d do a new LLC and easily handle capital contributions, buy-sell, etc. in the new LLC agreement. However, here the partner had a long-term lease on the underlying RE that our group wants to develop as a concept. Lease assignment to new LLC is dicey, but I’m thinking maybe we set up a Mgmt services company to contract w/ the partner-tenant entity?
