I got call from my Deloitte HR on Friday. She said my DOJ will be shifted to 26th March as it was 18th previously. I agreed for it. She asked if I can join on 11th. I politely refused and said I have a family function so can’t as I’m travelling. HR said Okay and that she’ll share the updated offer letter this week. I hope it’s fine and they don’t revoke the offer.

Can anyone please let me know what will be the take home/in hand salary for 20L Fixed per annum.

I’m 3 months into a new job where I work for a global tech company, and I want to ask for a pay review from my manager at the 6 month mark when I pass probation.
I know I’m going above and beyond my responsibilities as I’m not just managing projects, but I’ve also set up a global PMO governance board and have identified gaps within other teams where I’m assisting with the solution.

Is it acceptable for me to be asking this from my manager, and if so how do I raise this?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.
Any advice on what to do?
