I Got mail from work day that my offer is unconditional now on 9th june , my joining date is 21st of July , workday dashboard also showing the status of "READY TO JOIN", but i did't hear back from any real person , i wrote 2 mail to hr for the same confirmation or even whats app her 2 times , she did't respond , what does that all mean now ?? anyone kindly help me . is this concern to be taken seriously ? i don't want last moment rejection. if it is then it should be sooner not last moment

I'm a first time home buyer and got pre qualified back in Jan. Hard pull on credit docked me a few points. I wasn't able to close and now considering another hard pull for a different mortgage company offering better rates.
I'm new to this and this may be a stupid q but I'm looking for input from the bowl on whether to do this hard pull and get pre-qualified with a few more mortgage companies. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? They have been visiting for the past month and to go from not seeing them to seeing them so often has been an adjustment. I love them, but get so impatient with them and then I feel so guilty.
