I got offer from Accenture they have given me fixed 30% hike and 21% variable Then i got offer from LTM they are giving 50% fixed hiked and 10% variable . Now can i counter Accenture to match the offer or give at-least 40% fixed hiked. Will they do?

AFS - if I do my self input on my FY22 goals and submit to manager for a review this week since my project ended, what do I do in May when I have a different project? My current CTC is very low, 4.77lpa. Got 10% for September cycle.
1) when is the annual appraisal cycle, when we will get the hike letter? Approx hike %
2) will we get additional hike for sub-level change from 12.2 -> 12.1?

I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am

I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)

Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?
