Freelancers. What is your average annual salary?

I had an offer from CGI for 14lpa two months ago. I rejected it as I received an offer from a product based company for 19lpa+5L stocks. Now I am not able to handle the pressure in this Product company and want to go back to CGI. Can I apply to CGI again? Will they take me? Is there any duration to apply again. Please help.

My salary just got frozen @ 55.5k (SALT Tax, 1 year of experience). Should I start interviewing for other jobs? Worth it to stay 1 more year and “maybe” make senior? (PwC is 3 yrs to senior standard, 2 yr is early)

My company cut staff to 4 days/wk to save funds. I was getting requests from coworkers for docs needed urgently on our day off (fridays). I would oblige them. But then, I learned that those same coworkers had been put back to 5 days because they were deemed “essential“. I felt foolish and decided to stop working on fridays. Just got word that I didn’t get a gig I was excited about for 48 hours. Freelancing is like a drug. High from the email asking your availability. Low if it doesn’t go through.

Is booking 40hrs a week freelancing for one company a good idea? Or does that seem like you don’t have anything else going on? I would like a good work life balance with the ability to take off weeks at a time in the middle of all this.

On a gig with an end date but a hold for the following week. Got strong interest from a place that wants me to break the hold (not the booking) is a longer gig and is offering more $$. Advice?
