Being an Ex-CGI, I suggest CGI, it provides lot of opportunities down the road. I moved out of CGI few weeks ago , just for a change , as I worked with them for almost 5 yrs. so recommend to go with CGI

My experience with CGI is quite good.
1. Senior management is approachable, even VP and President.
2. WLB is also good atleast in my project.
3. They do lot of CSR activities in which you can volunteer. Teach underprivileged children, etc.
4. Lot of virtual activities you can attend. Like mental health, planting trees, diet, etc.
5. Small gifts/bonuses.
6. Outside training and certification free or at discounted price.

Obviously if company is giving you money than they wil also take work from you , however in current market package is not a constrain for the right resources as there is huge attrition rate plus great resignation trend going on .. so no matter where you go you have to work and please do not bad mouth about witch companies who has employed so many people and have created jobs not only in india but in abroad as well .. many middle class families dreams came true because of the witch companies.. may be your experience was bad so its better you move on but do not talk shit about the company as they have employed you when u needed the job and also note these are profit making organisations and not a ngo to take care of you in the long run .. if you or whoever does not like it then better switch atleast some else will be hired .. and no matter how many ppl leave .. there will be many who will keep joining back !! All these witch companies are the pillars of india 🇮🇳
