EY india as you will be facing the client straight and you will get the knowledge on first hand. Management and communication skills will definitely boost. Learning wise both are similar but i feel in EY india you can learn more as team size is small and you will be able to work on more stuff. The only issue is WLB but it is dependent on the project. Again they are few cons but if you want to choose between these two go for EY India itself.

@Author - Majorily they deal with Indian clients especially tax & Assurance team. But i am currently working in a US project (but through the client's IT team in India) so what i can conclude is it depends on the projects you are getting. Tech, Business consulting & Risk can have global projects (again having involvement of Client's IT Team in India ) but majorly it will be working with Indian clients. But the benefit here is you can have flexible timings not generally to work in global shifts.
Well Definitely i am getting a good exposure here as even if its Indian clients through them we get Global projects but regarding onsite you wont be getting unless within India
