I got offer from Deloitte India of 9.45 lpa for Azure Data Engineer, Now my current company is insisting me not to leave and saying they'll match offer. Should I ask Deloitte to increase comp as I got counter now. Also if possible please tell me what is organization contribution to wellbeing and I have nothing written in Performance Incentive will I get no performance bonus

This isn’t really an interview question but more of an on-boarding question.
Bit of background- I left my job of 3 years in Dec 2021 for a new company. Initially, I thought the company was great but my mind quickly changed. The on-boarding process was horrible, minimal training, thrown onto enterprise project 2 weeks in, over time, and there is no process for anything. I ended up hating my job.
