Unless they walk you out the door early (before 2wks is up) then yes you should work them. It's professional and expected, particularly to do handover.
Only if you don’t want your co-workers to slam you (and prevent you from getting a job at a firm they work at in the future). If you are ok burning bridges like that, sure, don’t give two weeks notice; it’s not required by law. If, on the other hand, you want a good relationship with your current firm and co-workers, give the two weeks.
