I got offer from EY INDIA and I am serving notice for 45 days instead of 90 days with my present organization. After having twice discussion with my manager regarding notice he haven't confirmed me about the LWD and forcing me to serve 90 days. I have medical grounds with valid proofs and asked him early exit on these ground. However EY will accept 60 days notice and will modify the offer but definitely not 90 days. What will happen now. Please find the job which I secured. Plz helpEY India

How would you go about finding a remote AE role with a 100k base?

I have about 7-8 years of sales experience and have consistently out performed my OTE. I absolutely love my current role but I feel like I have out grown the company as there isn't a ton of opportunity to make more than I am currently making.

I opened up my LinkedIn to recruiters but all the offers are 60-70k base and 120-140k OTE. I am shooting for MINIMUM 80k base but ideally 100k or more.

I joined a new consulting firm and have been here for 6 months. Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies. My current TC is 95k. Is it worth making the jump if the offer is north of 110k? Anything I should look out for? The client and coworkers were all nice, but I remember being stressed on the project due to limited resources.

Help me decide between 3 offers (compensation not a factor):
Accenture: Technology Development Program
Deloitte: Risk and Financial Advisory Internal Audit
EY: Technology Risk Consulting

I like the location of Deloitte/EY more but the Accenture job seems more fun (actual consulting vs more IT audit). But, Accenture is not in the city I want.

Now in a new district, I found that the Case Manager keeps all district IEPs in her office. We have to submit our updates & progress notes to her. And we have to make a planning period appointment with her to come look at any IEP folders. How does your district deal with IEP folder custody?
