I got offer letter from Accenture without any salary discussion. I have 7.5 years of experience and cctc 8.28 LPA. They are providing 11.5 LPA fixed and 14 LPA with LPA. Before releasing offer letter they took acknowledge in email that I will join Accenture in Pune client location 3 days in week. I gave acknowledge in email.
I want to increase my fixed salary to 14.8 LPA around. What should i do? Should i email or call to hr? Will hr negotiate or reject my profile? I got offer letter on workday

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer? Should I ask for more equity or is that standard? They’re public (currently ~$20)should I get the hybrid option in writing?

I’m pretty responsive for things they need help with like laundry machine got broken or pantry doors fell off. So I had sent people to fix those maintenance and repair issues.
