I got offer of 7 lakh but i asked for more. I got a mail that my salary will be increased to 7.5 after 3 months. After 3 mnts they laid off few employees bcs of which i didn't asked them to increase the salary. I asked after 6 months but she said recession is going on so they can't increase.Now I have completed 1 year and they have increased my salary to 8.75 , but every employee get appraisal after 1 year so should I ask her to increase 50k also but how ? She will definitely say increased already

ZS is convenient travelling wize LTI is little far.

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY?
