I've had customers thank me for helping them, and some have complimented me for being informative and giving them good information. It's gratifying when that happens, though these days it doesn't happen too often. What used to be common courtesy has become fairly unusual.

It’s always great whenever it happens
Always appreciate positive feedback from customers. Overall, I’m told I am helpful and friendly, which I really do try to be.

You are so amazing because dealing with the elderly can be a challenge in its own way! You are definitely a gem! Keep up the great work
I had multiple customers cry after I nicely took thier order. I could kinda of feel they had stuff going on. By the end of the transaction they were crying happy tears and said I was the angel. I was the sign that things will be okay. God sent me to answer their prayers. super nice but a lot to process in the middle of a lunch rush. Happy I could provide them comfort

One small gesture could make things a little better for someone else. Even in a lunch rush you showed there’s still good people in this world!
Awesome job. I think usually my customers are impressed that I am actually working at work...
