I got the Seiko SPB143 recently with the 6R35 movement, but it’s losing like at least 10-15 seconds per day. I know it’s technically within spec but not happy with the accuracy. Is it pretty easy to regulate these movements myself? Anyone done this?

Also they get more accurate the more you wear them? I hear Seiko are inaccurate if in one position but become more accurate if worn all day.

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state?
