That’s awesome! Feels good when customers actually come back asking for you. I had a similar moment this week—helped a guy find something small, and he returned later just to say thanks and brought coffee for the team. Totally made my day.

Awww that’s so awesome! The loyal customers make the work worth it
That is great to hear. Honestly, last week was a little rough for me. I didn't have very many good experiences. Hoping this week is much better.

I hope this week is a much better week than last week
Just the flip side, you as a supervisor are able to accommodate customers in a way an entry level person working there cannot. But as a supervisor how would you feel when an entry level employee feels they are but are not a supervisor offering customers prices not for the sale but for being paid money in their pocket on the side. Let's talk about unethical coworkers and employers that don't offer by law lunch time nor breaks and hire unlicensed contractors.

It’s clear you are new here and didn’t read what this bowl was for. Before jumping in the comments and not understanding make sure to read everything for understanding not just to respond. You have been rude under more post as a scroll and I don’t think it’s fair to the ones whose been doing this for awhile to be attacked by you and your confusion. Also make sure you’re in the right bowl so that you get credit for the comments you are posting
